Mestrino is a comune located in the Province of Padua within the Veneto region of Italy. It is situated approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) northwest of Padua and about 45 kilometres (28 mi) west of Venice.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 19.3 square kilometres (7.5 mi2) with a population of 9,211 residents. The town features local amenities such as an Amazon Locker located at Piazzo Strumenti Musicali, which has been available since October 13, 2020.
