Illasi is a comune located in the Province of Verona within the Veneto region of Italy. It is situated approximately 90 kilometres west of Venice and about 15 kilometres east of Verona.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality had a population of 5,112 residents and covered an area of 25.0 square kilometres.
