Fratta Polesine is a comune located in the Province of Rovigo within the Veneto region of Italy. It is situated approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) southwest of Rovigo and about 70 kilometres (43 mi) southwest of Venice.
The municipality is primarily noted for its historical architecture, specifically housing Andrea Palladio's Villa Badoer as its main attraction.
