Fiesso Umbertiano is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Rovigo within the Veneto region of Italy. It is situated approximately 80 kilometres southwest of Venice and about 20 kilometres southwest of the city of Rovigo.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 27.3 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 4,207 residents.
