Feltre is a town and comune located in the province of Belluno within the Veneto region of northern Italy. It is situated in the southern reaches of the province, positioned on the Stizzon River approximately 4 kilometres from its junction with the Piave river.
The hill town sits roughly 20 kilometres southwest of Belluno. Its geography is characterized by its proximity to the Dolomites, which loom to the north of the settlement.
