Colle Santa Lucia is a comune located in the Province of Belluno within the Veneto region of Italy. It is situated approximately 120 kilometres north of Venice and about 40 kilometres northwest of Belluno.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 15.3 square kilometres and had a population of 408 residents. The local population speaks a Venetian dialect known as Ladin Venetian, which is heavily influenced by the Ladin language.
