Ceregnano is a comune located in the Province of Rovigo within the Veneto region of Italy. It is situated approximately 8 kilometres southeast of Rovigo and about 60 kilometres southwest of Venice.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 30.0 square kilometres and had a population of 3,951 residents.
