Panicale is a comune located in the Province of Perugia within the Italian region of Umbria. It is situated on the eastern slope of Mount Petrarvella in the southeastern portion of Valdichiana.
The municipality overlooks Lake Trasimeno and is positioned approximately 35 kilometers from the city of Perugia.
