Montefranco is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Terni within the Italian region of Umbria. It is situated approximately 70 km southeast of Perugia and about 10 km northeast of Terni.
As of 2021, the population of Montefranco was recorded at 1,255 inhabitants.
