Monte Castello di Vibio is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of Perugia within the Umbria region of central Italy. It is located approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) south of the city of Perugia.
The municipality shares borders with several neighboring areas, including Fratta Todina, San Venanzo, and Todi.
