Ruffré-Mendola is a comune located in the Trentino province within the northern Italian region of Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol. It is situated approximately 40 kilometres north of the city of Trento.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality encompassed an area of 6.6 square kilometres and had a population of 444 residents.
