Cermes, known as Tscherms in German, is a comune located in the South Tyrol region of northern Italy. It is situated approximately 20 kilometres northwest of the city of Bolzano.
The municipality became an independent commune in 1897 after previously being part of the commune of Marling. It serves as a distinct administrative entity within the province of Bolzano.
