Caldes is a comune located in the Trentino province within the northern Italian region of Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol. It is situated approximately 35 kilometres northwest of the city of Trento.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 20.9 square kilometres and had a population of 1,049 residents.
