Santa Fiora is a comune located in the province of Grosseto within the Tuscany region of Italy. Situated approximately 40 km east of Grosseto, the municipality shares borders with Abbadia San Salvatore, Arcidosso, Castel del Piano, Castell'Azzara, Piancastagnaio, Roccalbegna, and Semproniano.
