San Marcello Pistoiese is a former comune located in the Province of Pistoia within the Tuscany region of Italy. Geographically, it is situated approximately 45 kilometres (28 mi) northwest of Florence and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) northwest of Pistoia.
Since 2017, San Marcello Pistoiese has functioned as a frazione of the municipality of San Marcello Piteglio.
