Podenzana is a comune located in the Province of Massa and Carrara within the Tuscany region of Italy. It is situated approximately 110 kilometres northwest of Florence and about 25 kilometres northwest of Massa.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 17.3 square kilometres and had a population of 1,947 residents.
