Pieve Santo Stefano is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Province of Arezzo within the Tuscany region of Italy. It is located in the Valtiberina area, positioned approximately 70 kilometres (43 mi) east of Florence and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) northeast of Arezzo.
