Pietrasanta is a town and comune situated on the coast of northern Tuscany in Italy. It is located within the province of Lucca as part of the Versilia region, positioned on the final foothills of the Apuan Alps approximately 32 kilometres (20 mi) north of Pisa.
The town is situated about 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) inland from the coast. The coastal area includes the frazione of Marina di Pietrasanta.
