Montecatini Val di Cecina is a small hilltown and comune located in the province of Pisa within the Tuscany region of Italy. It is situated approximately 60 kilometres south of the city of Pisa.
The medieval town is positioned on the Poggio la Croce hill, providing a vantage point that overlooks the Cecina Valley. It is located just 15 kilometres away from the larger hilltown of Volterra.
