Monte San Savino is a town and comune located in the province of Arezzo within the Tuscany region of Italy. It is situated along the Essa stream in the Valdichiana area.
The municipality includes several frazioni positioned on higher hills, including Gargonza, which sits at an elevation of 560 metres (1,840 ft), and Palazzuolo, which reaches an elevation of 600 metres (2,000 ft).
