Gavorrano is a mountain-side comune located in the Province of Grosseto within the western Italian region of Tuscany. It is situated approximately 100 km southwest of Florence and about 25 km northwest of the city of Grosseto.
The municipality shares borders with several neighboring areas, including Castiglione della Pescaia, Grosseto, Massa Marittima, Roccastrada, and Scarlino.
