Castel San Niccolò is a comune located in the Province of Arezzo within the Tuscany region of Italy. It is situated approximately 40 kilometres northwest of Arezzo and about 35 kilometres east of Florence.
The municipality's main center is the village of Strada in Casentino. The town derives its name from the Castle of the Counts Guidi, which overlooks the village.
