Carmignano is a comune located in the province of Prato within the Tuscany region of Italy. It is situated approximately 20 kilometres west of Florence and about 10 kilometres southwest of Prato.
The municipality has a population of 14,577 inhabitants. It serves as the primary center for the wine region of Carmignano.
