Caprese Michelangelo is a village and comune located in the province of Arezzo within the Tuscany region of Italy. It is situated in the Valtiberina, also known as the High Tiber Valley, at a distance of approximately 100 kilometres (62 mi) east of Florence.
The village is primarily notable for being the birthplace of the renowned Renaissance artist Michelangelo. It serves as a historical site associated with the life and origins of one of Italy's most significant cultural figures.
