Villafrati is a comune located in the Metropolitan City of Palermo within the Sicilian region of southern Italy. It is situated approximately 25 kilometres southeast of the city of Palermo.
As of December 31, 2016, the municipality encompassed an area of 25.6 square kilometres and had a population of 3,340 residents.
