Santa Venerina is a comune, or municipality, located in the Italian region of Sicily. It is situated within the Metropolitan City of Catania.
The town is positioned approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) northeast of Catania and about 160 kilometres (99 mi) southeast of Palermo.
