Santa Marina Salina is a comune located on the island of Salina, which is part of the Aeolian Islands in Italy. It serves as one of the primary towns on the island and is situated within the Metropolitan City of Messina in the Sicilian region.
The municipality is positioned approximately 140 kilometres (87 mi) northeast of Palermo and about 70 kilometres (43 mi) northwest of Messina.
