San Gregorio di Catania is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Metropolitan City of Catania within the Italian region of Sicily. It is located approximately 170 kilometres (110 mi) southeast of Palermo and about 7 kilometres (4 mi) northeast of the city of Catania.
