San Fratello is a comune located in the Metropolitan City of Messina within the Italian region of Sicily. Formerly known as San Filadelfo, the municipality is situated approximately 110 kilometres east of Palermo and about 90 kilometres west of Messina.
The town borders several other municipalities, including Acquedolci, Alcara li Fusi, Caronia, Cesarò, Militello Rosmarino, and Sant'Agata di Militello.
