Prizzi is a town and comune located in the Italian Metropolitan City of Palermo on the island of Sicily. It has a population of 5,711 inhabitants and is situated at an altitude of 1,045 meters (3,428 feet) above sea level.
The town is positioned on a hill in the upper valley of the River Sosio, approximately 84 kilometers (52 miles) south of the city of Palermo. It is bordered by the comuni of Campofelice di Fitalia, Castronovo di Sicilia, Lercara Friddi, Palazzo Adriano, Vicari, and the city of Corleone.
