Naro

Naro is a comune located in the province of Agrigento on the island of Sicily, Italy. The municipality is situated within a region bounded by several neighboring comuni, including Agrigento, Caltanissetta, Camastra, Campobello di Licata, Canicattì, Castrofilippo, Delia, Favara, Licata, Palma di Montechiaro, Ravanusa, and Sommatino.

The village is notable as the birthplace of several figures in the arts. It is the home of naturalised French composer Achille Campisiano (1837–1901) and the singer Piero Barone, who is a member of the musical group Il Volo.
