Montemaggiore Belsito is a small town and comune situated in the Metropolitan City of Palermo within the region of Sicily, Southern Italy. It is located approximately 50 kilometres (31 mi) southeast of the city of Palermo.
The municipality is positioned near the comuni of Cerda and Termini Imerese. It serves as a local administrative center in the Sicilian interior.
