Misilmeri is a town and comune situated in the Metropolitan City of Palermo within the region of Sicily, Italy. It is located approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) from the city of Palermo.
The municipality is geographically positioned in the Eleuterio Valley on the southern slopes of Montagna Grande. It serves as a local administrative center for its surrounding area.
