Mezzojuso is a comune located in the Metropolitan City of Palermo within the Italian region of Sicily. It is situated approximately 45 kilometres southeast of the city of Palermo.
The municipality covers an area of 49.4 square kilometres. As of December 31, 2004, Mezzojuso had a recorded population of 3,003 residents.
