Melilli is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Syracuse on the island of Sicily, Italy. It is situated approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) northwest of the city of Syracuse and about 190 kilometres (120 mi) southeast of Palermo.
The town serves as a local administrative center within the southeastern region of the island. Its geographical position places it in close proximity to the coastal areas of eastern Sicily.
