Letojanni is a comune and coastal resort located in the Province of Messina within the Italian region of Sicily. It is situated approximately 170 kilometres (110 mi) east of Palermo and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) southwest of Messina.
The municipality serves as a seaside destination, characterized by its coastal geography on the eastern side of the island.
