Gratteri is a comune, or municipality, located in the Metropolitan City of Palermo within the Italian region of Sicily. It is situated approximately 60 kilometres (37 miles) southeast of the city of Palermo.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 38.4 square kilometres (14.8 square miles) and had a recorded population of 1,050 residents.
