Fiumedinisi is a comune, or municipality, located in the Metropolitan City of Messina within the Italian region of Sicily. It is situated approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) southwest of Messina and about 180 kilometres (110 mi) east of Palermo.
The town serves as a local administrative division within its metropolitan area, positioned in the eastern portion of the island of Sicily.
