Cianciana is a comune located in the Province of Agrigento within the Italian region of Sicily. It is situated in the middle valley of the Platani river, positioned approximately 70 kilometres south of Palermo and about 25 kilometres northwest of Agrigento.
The municipality is located near Monte Cammarata, which reaches an elevation of 1,579 metres above sea level. This peak forms part of the Monti Sicani mountain chain.
