Cefalà Diana is a comune located in the Metropolitan City of Palermo within the Italian region of Sicily. It is situated approximately 25 kilometres, or about 16 miles, southeast of the city of Palermo.
As of 2015, the municipality covered an area of 9.0 square kilometres and had a population of 1,005 residents.
