Cattolica Eraclea is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Agrigento within the Italian region of Sicily. It is situated approximately 80 kilometres (50 mi) south of Palermo and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) northwest of Agrigento.
The town is positioned near the Platani river valley, which serves as a primary geographical landmark for the area.
