Castrofilippo is a comune located in the Province of Agrigento within the Italian region of Sicily. It is situated approximately 90 kilometres southeast of Palermo and about 15 kilometres east of Agrigento.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality covered an area of 18.0 square kilometres and had a population of 3,170 residents.
