Castellana Sicula is a comune, or municipality, located in the Italian region of Sicily. It is situated within the Metropolitan City of Palermo and lies approximately 70 kilometres (43 mi) southeast of the regional capital, Palermo.
The town serves as a local administrative center within its metropolitan district. Its geographic position places it in the southeastern portion of the province, characterized by its proximity to the larger urban hub of Palermo.
