Casalvecchio Siculo is a comune, or municipality, situated in the Metropolitan City of Messina within the Italian region of Sicily. It is located approximately 170 kilometres east of Palermo and about 35 kilometres southwest of Messina.
The town serves as a local administrative center in the eastern portion of the island. Its geographic position places it within the coastal vicinity of the Metropolitan City of Messina, providing it with proximity to major regional hubs.
