Capri Leone is a comune located in the southern Italian region of Sicily. It is situated within the Metropolitan City of Messina, positioned approximately 120 kilometres (75 mi) east of Palermo and about 70 kilometres (43 mi) west of Messina.
The municipality sits in the foothills of the Nebrodi Mountains. It shares borders with several neighboring municipalities, including Capo d'Orlando, Frazzanò, Mirto, San Marco d'Alunzio, and Torrenova.
