Campofelice di Roccella is a comune located in the Metropolitan City of Palermo within the Italian region of Sicily. It is situated approximately 50 kilometres southeast of the regional capital, Palermo.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality encompassed an area of 14.7 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 5,896 residents.
