Campofelice di Fitalia is a comune, or municipality, located in the Metropolitan City of Palermo within the Sicilian region of Italy. It is situated approximately 35 kilometres (22 mi) southeast of the city of Palermo.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality encompassed an area of 35.2 square kilometres (13.6 mi2) and had a recorded population of 595 residents.
