Camastra is a comune located in the Province of Agrigento within the Italian region of Sicily. It is situated approximately 100 kilometres southeast of Palermo and about 20 kilometres southeast of the city of Agrigento.
As of December 31, 2004, the municipality had a population of 2,133 residents and covered a total area of 16.3 square kilometres.
