Bisacquino is a town and comune located in the Metropolitan City of Palermo in Sicily, Italy. Situated at an elevation of 700 metres (2,300 ft) above sea level, the small town rises on an inner hill zone approximately 82 kilometres (51 mi) from Agrigento.

The local economy is primarily based on agriculture and sheep breeding. The main town serves as a hub for selling various products, including cereals, olives, vegetables, almonds, hazelnuts, and wine-grapes.
