Belpasso is a comune, or municipality, located in the Metropolitan City of Catania within the Italian region of Sicily. It is situated approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) northwest of Catania and about 150 kilometres (93 mi) southeast of Palermo.
The town holds significance as the second largest municipality in the Catania area by land area.
